Downtown Little Rock Partnership (DLRP) is a member-based, nonprofit organization supporting living, working, playing and investing in Downtown. DLRP was created in March 1984 at the dissolution of Little Rock Unlimited Progress (Little Rock Up). The organization represents approximately 200 businesses, organizations, institutions and individuals who know that the heart of a city has to be healthy for the entire city to be vibrant. And, with Little Rock as the capital and central location in the state, you could say that Downtown Little Rock is the heart of the state, and its well being affects us all.
